I started working on boats in Alaska in 2001, and the water has been a major part of my story ever since. In 2016, I met my wife, Laura, while we were both commercial fishing. Together, we went on to open a boatyard in Seward, Alaska, that we still own today.

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked hands-on with fiberglass and gelcoat, developing the experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that demanding marine repairs require.

Two years ago, Laura and I decided we were ready for a change of pace, a little more sunshine, and a move closer to family. After relocating to Arizona, I saw a real need in the Quad City area for dependable fiberglass, gelcoat, paint, and refinishing work.

That led me to start Desert Craft Fiberglass & Refinishing, an owner-operated shop where I personally handle every project. Whether it’s a boat, RV, automobile, or something a little different, my goal is simple: do quality work, pay attention to the details, and treat every project like it’s my own.
